Logos Club Fair 2026!

10/07/2026

On the morning of September 3rd, a group of students gathered at the New MPR to prepare for the day ahead. Students spent the morning setting up tables draped in colorful cloths, decorated with posters, and stacks of handouts ready to be passed around. Arriving as early as 7:30 a.m., these students came prepared for the day's events and were already busy organizing their booths for this year's official Club Fair, scheduled during lunch. Hosted by Student Council, Club Fair gives Logos students the chance to showcase their clubs and sign up for new ones.

As the doors opened for the first set of students to enter, club leaders were eager to receive member applications. The New MPR quickly became lively and loud, as students flooded in, with middle and high school students coming in to sign up for an incredible lineup of clubs. Even Student Council members joined by hosting their first-ever StuCo Store of 26-27!

The Prayer Club, with its cozy setup and candy basket, quickly attracted many students. The club leaders (Joseph, Dream, Julie, and Hyowon) handed out small Bible verse slips along with chocolate candy to students who visited their booth.

Right next door was the booth for the Debate Club. Debate Club put a lot of effort into their decorative ornaments, with their dark red tablecloth and fireplace lantern. Joseph and Moses, the club leaders for the Debate Club, even prepared an interactive voting poster where students could share their opinions on the classic debate of pineapple on pizza.

The E-sports Club brought their own monitor for their booth, and students passing by were able to enjoy a quick gaming experience with Heidi, the leader of the club, and Mr. Josiah Kangas, the club supervising teacher.

The Bird-Watching Club's booth was hard to miss, with its colorful birds and hanging signs. Bird-Watching leaders, Yik Tao and Tiv, were eager to welcome students and accept applications from anyone who stopped by.

Making a return after two years, the Environment Club was also at the Club Fair as well. Club leaders, Lia and Remy, were ready to accept any applicants who were interested in helping out the environment at Logos, with clear eco-friendly goals set in place for this upcoming year!

A fresh addition to this year's lineup was the Craft Club. Crocheted pieces, cute craftwork, and colorful posters – Craft Club's hands-on booth was an instant attraction. Aliz and Hyeonji, this year's Craft Club leaders, truly displayed how Craft Club would unleash their creativity.

The Science Club booth sparked interest with its engaging display. Leaders Hye A and Joo Yeon encouraged students to explore scientific concepts beyond the classroom, offering opportunities for projects, competitions, and collaborative research throughout the year.

MUN Club stood out with their gavels and dynamic leaders, Remy and Ziniu. Their confident public‑speaking skills were on full display as they introduced students to the process of Model United Nations and debating techniques.

The Board Game Club drew attention as an array of popular board games was displayed. Club leader Victor invited everyone to join, aiming to turn lunchtime into a chance for students to recharge and connect by playing games.

The Dance Club booth spotlighted its impressive history of talent show victories and hip choreography. Leaders Joo Yeon and Lia emphasized how joining Dance Club could strengthen dancing skills, but also be a way to de-stress and have fun!

At the Service Club booth, leaders Sokan and Derek encouraged students to join in making a relevant impact through volunteer work, programs, and service opportunities that would strengthen the Logos community and build compassion.

Continuing its eight‑year tradition, Journalism joined the Club Fair to welcome creative, responsible, and community‑driven applicants. Editor‑in‑chief Hye A and Co‑editor‑in‑chief Rayana were on the lookout for students eager to strengthen their skills in writing, photography, video, and design.

Finally, special thanks go to the Student Council for their dedication to planning and preparing this fair, as well as to all the club‑supervising teachers for their support and guidance. What a truly great start to this school year!
